On our website, you will find a detailed list of pick-up points with maps and directions. If your accommodation is not listed, please choose the nearest location. It is important to notify our team at least 48 hours before departure of your chosen pick-up point. Keep in mind that the driver may need up to 30 minutes to reach you, as several stops are made.

Accommodation & Meals

During the tour, you will stay in carefully selected country hotels and guesthouses chosen for comfort and location. All accommodations provide standard rooms with made-up beds, towels, free Wi-Fi, and daily breakfast buffets. Breakfast is included and typically features Nordic-style options such as bread, cereals, fruit, cheese, ham, eggs, and the famous Icelandic Skyr.

Dinner is usually taken at the hotel or in local restaurants. In rural areas, menus may be limited to a “dish of the day,” while towns like Akureyri, Höfn, or Egilsstaðir offer more variety. If you have dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.), please let us know in advance and remind your guide during the tour. For very specific needs (like gluten-free bread), we recommend bringing your own items, as countryside options are limited.
